1) Are your products authentic?

Everything we sell we source ourselves directly from the company or authorized sellers. Our products are 100% original.

2) From which countries do you source products?

We source original brands from the UK, USA and Europe.

3)What is the Delivery Time for Instock items?

1-3 working days depending on your city. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, political or courier negligence, this time may be delayed.

4) Can I pre-order any product of my choice, which is not on your website?

You can preorder any product from any brand from the UK, USA and other European countries. You can send us a reference picture or link of the product from the website. We will quote the price to you and then we can proceed for preorder.

5) How can you prove the authenticity of a product?

Authenticity of a product can be proved by showing the gift receipt or original receipt to the customers. However, it is only shown to the customers who are serious buyers and have confirmed their orders. Please note that most of the time this is only applicable for high-end items or pre-orders. For other items, we may provide an online receipt if it is available at the given time.

6) Can I cancel my preorder?

Pre-orders cannot be canceled however, in the unlikely circumstances that they are, 15% cancellation fees will be applied.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled, refunded or exchanged unless due to fault on our part (such as wrong or damaged item)

7) Do you offer COD?

Yes, COD is offered on products less than the cost of PKR 20,000/-. However, COD is not offered once a parcel has been returned from the same customer.

8) When do I have to make the remaining payment for the pre-order?

Once your pre order has arrived, we expect to receive the remaining payment within a week.

After constant reminders for up to 2 weeks, if payment is not made we reserve the right to cancel the order with no refund of the advance made.

9) What is your return or exchange policy?

We can do returns or exchanges for valid reasons only (i.e. damaged product received or wrong product received). We do not do returns or exchange due to size, shade or other issues.

10) Do you provide packaging?

For some in stock shoes, we do not provide the box as shipping charges are extra for the box and most clients do not wish to pay the extra amount. If pre-ordering, let us know if you want the shoes with the box and we will quote accordingly. For higher-up brands, shoes come with a box. For high-end and most other items we do provide the complete packaging we receive from brands themselves. You may consult us directly to inquire what sort of packaging the item will come with.

Few FAQ's for Watches

  • Watches usually do not come with any warranty cards regardless of the brand. This is due to the warranty only being provided by stores we buy from in the US and it's not applicable here. We do not provide after sales service.
  • For authenticity we do provide receipts if available at the time. If placing a pre-order, please let us know if you want a receipt beforehand.
  • We do provide the complete packaging we receive from brands themselves.
