• Under no circumstance are COD parcels allowed to be opened before the payment is made. Any issues regarding damaged product or receival of the wrong product will be our fault and we will immediately fix the mistake on our part. Failure to adhere to this strict rule will result in no more COD parcels for the given client. These rules are set to protect us as well as the courier company to make sure there are no issues between said parties. Please do not order any parcel on COD if you do not wish to follow this rule.
  • We stock original brands imported directly from their stores or authorized resellers. We ensure the product reaches you safely and in perfect condition. If in the case the product does not, please contact one of our team members and we will gladly assist you.
  • We only source original branded products, after sale services are not provided by us, for that you may contact the respective company directly.
  • We provide receipts for high-end orders and pre-orders if needed.
  • There is a strict no return no exchange policy on products. Even due to sizing, please be sure of your exact size when ordering with us (e.g. for shoes or clothes).
  • 15% charge for canceling pre-orders only due to legitimate reasons
  • If payment is not made within 1 month of arrival of pre-order, we hold the rights to cancel the pre-order without returning the advance.
  • 50% advance required for all preorders and 70% Advance for high-end brands.
  • No COD will be entertained if a parcel is returned once by a client
  • Refunds take 24-72 hours to be processed
  • We will not reserve any product without advance.
